No Regrets

Image via WeHeartIt

Normally, I try not to regret anything, however, this just isn't always possible. I'm blaming it on a mid twenties crisis. Occasionally I think that my life isn't exactly where I wanted it to be, but then again, who's is? I wonder what if I had done this, or said yes instead of no, would I be in a different place right now? But hey ho, that's life, I don't have many and the ones that are listed are pretty minor in the grand scheme of things.

1. Passing up on a 50% off Marc by Marc Jacobs bag.
2. Not moving to LA, when I said that I would.
3. Giving up dancing.
4. Finishing singing lessons.
5. Not listening to my Mum - she really is always right.
6. Telling a white lie and someone found out.
7. Not following my heart
8. Leaving a dream job for a boy.
9. Believing everything that boy said (see 8)
10. Not buying those shoes.

Do you have any regrets?

Hey Kirsty, It is a really good point to raise. Life is full of regrets, but it is also filled with lots of happiness. For example if you did take a dream job and leave the boy - the job might not of been what it was meant to be and then you would of thought 'what if' about the boy. You only have one life, and try and enjoy the ride... Or thats what I try and tell myself. Essay over.

Everyone has regrets dear! We just have to make sure that we learn something from them and be more cautious in the future! x

I agree with you.
I keep regretting the things I do and the opportunities I let slip away.
It's hard, but just know that you're not the only one going through this.

Everyone has regrets so don't worry you are not the only one. And it's not too late to make things right and follow your heart. It's never too late to move to LA so keep working on that. And don't think about the things that were and what could you do better but you must think for the future and what can you do now.

Have a nice day.

I hate regrets, but then if I didn't have any I wouldn't learn. The bag thing has happened before, I will never let a good sale slip pass me again! xoxo

If you didn't have regrets you would have never learned! That's how I always think about it:) Happy weekend.

I swear to the gawds I have SOOOOOO many regrets I wouldn't know where to start (some of them I will take to my grave!). Thankfully none of them affect my current position in life (a happy one) and I have sure learned a lot along the way.
Don't let regrets make you sad. We have to do things like that to progress in life

Oh my that is something I ask myself all the time. Did I make a mistake by not moving to LA. I'm still contemplating it, it's never too late.

Kristy,
It's sometimes important to forgive yourself for what you've done (or haven't). Everybody has regrets, but I try to stay positive and think about what I can do in the future!

Lately I have been feeling the same way. I just dont feel completely sasified and I dont know what I should/should have done about it. Part of me worries I am going to have to make drastic changes to get what i really want... but I dont know if I want to hurt the other people in my life either.... 20s are tough!

Don't have regrets, just realise things happen for a reason and when you see that Chanel bag with 50% off you'll think thank goodness I didn't buy that Marc Jacobs bag cos I wouldn't be able to afford this one now!!!! xxx

I agree that people have their own regrets, I think I regret that I didnt continue ballet when I actually have time and energy to do that then also not moving out of states when I can, but end up getting married and get stuck in a state that is pretty racist and no jobs available. But I always think the good side of it and actually just be happy with what I got right now :-) and also thankful for that
