Shoes as Decoration

{Hanging on a ladder}

I've been looking for different ways to decorate my new house - as mentioned - oh about a million times. The moving day is getting closer and I will tell you more about that at a later date.  However I am trying to get everything ready to go for the moving date and not sleeping until it all looks perfectly girlie. I thought using shoes as decoration would be quite a fun way to integrate my millions of pairs of shoes. Now I just need to get some new sparkly shoes that are worthy of being on show to the world.

These are some really cute ideas for displaying shoes... I especially love the 4th picture with the shoes over the bed...

My favourite is the shelving above the bed, looks minimalistic and cute! I can't wait to have my own place to do stuff like this! x

I love showcasing my shoes! I love them, and it helps for my lack of space. I have them lining one side of my staircase and at the foot of my rolling racks (which house more clothes that don't fit in my closet...)
My house is basically one giant closet! but i love it!
good luck with the move!

When we first moved into our house we had floating shelves in the alcove in our spare room (which I'm slowly and secretly turning into my dressing room...) that I wanted to display my shoes on. Boyfriend said no as it would look scruffy. Clearly a typical bloke, it would have looked amazing!
