A Treat

So I've been on my new eating 5 meals a day super healthy regime for nearly a month now, and it has been great. But it also means as I don't have to continue being so strict with myself as of July 1st. I am allowed to eat fruit again, which is something I have missed tremendously and I am also allowed to have brown pasta and rice. I'm too excited and on top of that I am now allowed a cheat day! YES! So this is what I plan to have - frozen yoghurt! I'll be going for all the bad topping, crushed Oreo's, gummy bears, smarties, chocolate flakes and some random gummies. Perfect and a sneaky Coca Cola - which I haven't had for ages - the bubbly goodness will be worth the wait.

This is such a cute idea, I'm trying to get back on the healthy eating bandwagon so I might have to use this as one of my treats :)
