This is one of my favourite dinners right now. So so easy to make and tastes great too. It's chicken breast stuffed with pesto and mozzarella, wrapped in serrano ham, covered in pine nuts. So yummy teamed with a salad or mashed potato
What you need
- Chicken Breasts
- Pesto
- Pine Nuts
- Mozzarella
- Serrano ham
- Garlic
First up slice the chicken breast in the middle. Add pesto and mozzarella, wrap in serrano ham and place in an oven proof dish. Throw in some garlic cloves and add a handful of pine nuts.
Add some tomatoes if you fancy and pop in the oven for 30 mins on 180.
When its beeped, take out of the oven, check your chicken is cooked through and then serve. Don't forget to add the sauce, pop on top of your chicken. Add salad or potato mash depending on houw naughty you're feeling and enjoy.
