There is nothing like a new pair of trainers to give you some new motivation. I've been seriously lacking in that department for about a year. I went from going 5 days a week to NOTHING. However that all changed when I got my new trainers from JD Sports - as sad as it is to admit - i'm loving colour coordinating my gym outfits with the trainers. Also I should probably mention, they make running feel like i'm bouncing on clouds. I'm not even lying - I've taken Oreo for around 4 runs this week, on the beach, its been brilliant.
