Sorry about that far to much caffeine this morning! What’s the point in this you say?
Well I had an email from the lovely people at New Look to inform me that they are opening a new store on Kensington High Street tomorrow. Why is this different to any other New Look store?
Well it will be there first store dedicated to just shoes and accessories! Fabulous!
Also if you are lucky enough to be in London tomorrow New Look will be rewarding the first 25 lucky customers in store with complimentary £10 gift vouchers

This is what I wore to the cinema. I went to see I love you philip Morris. I have to say it wasn't exactly what I expected from Jim Carrey or Ewan McGregor, but it was funny. So worth a look.

What the clog!?

So to clog or not to clog is still the number one question in my head. I have decided to give it a go. I purchased a pair and am eagerly awaiting there arrival at some time this week.
I have to say that the last time I wore clogs was at the age of 17. I was in a school play where I played the character of a 40 year old mother. Apart from the awful amount of noise that I made whilt walking around on stage, I also felt like I should be in holland. If you would have told me back then that at the age of 24 I would purchase a pair I would have laughed in your face. Thanks goodness they have had some sort of re vamp. I cant wait to style them up and take lots of pics. These are my fave Topshop picks. I have number 2!

Masquerade

I love weekends that consist of nothing more than drinking cola, reading books and wandering aimlessly around the shops. This weekend consisted of exactly that. Throw in a couple of movies and night out with bestie = perfect weekend!
I went to H&M to have a look at the garden collection. I was quite impressed, now all I need is some sort of garden tea party so I can wear the red dress from the collection. Whilst in H&M I died and went to heaven at the sight of a pink sequin blazer. I am going to incorporate it into as many outfits as I possibly can without looking like a weird mental person.

Tonight I will be going out for drinks with a friend who I don’t think I have seen since I started this blog. Doesn’t time fly? I don’t know how we managed to leave it this long, but life does seem to be speeding by at a super fast rate right now. Maybe it’s a getting older thing? ha ha.

So this is my attempt at a collage. I couldn't do it so had to settle for this. I need to learn more about computers. If any of you guys have tips then let me know.
I absolutely adore everything with lace on right now, it just makes everything feminine, girlie and romantic. Whether it's your underwear peeking out over a top or an all out lace blouse. Even on the days when I dress down I manage to add a little bit of lace for some girlie glamour. I love love love the thought of wearing a dainty lace dress paired with biker boots and a leather jacket! These are some of my faves right now that I can imagine myself wearing to weddings in the summer and BBQs - If the weather in England ever becomes BBQ worthy that is! HA as if!

I think that wearing a tee as an outfit focal point is a fave of mine right now. Slipping into something very simple whilst half asleep is the way forward - I am not a morning person or a morning thinker - Perhaps this is why this post is completely rambled!
I know that these boots seem to be in every outfit post, this is because I was in Glasgow when they were taken so I had a very limited wardrobe.

Inspiration

I am guilty of spending my days and nights watching re-runs of Sex and the City. The show has an endless amount of inspiration and Carries outfits are always fabulous if not a little bit wacky.
This picture had made me lust after thigh high grey socks. Whilst wandering around endless amounts of shops looking for said socks I also managed to buy a gray maxi skirt, pink cropped tee, leopard print blouse, 3 pairs of sunglasses and 2 rings. Oooops. I also managed to find the socks in River Island. I got them in grey, white and black. I think I need to find a cheaper hobby. Now all I need to figure out is how to style these thigh high socks so that I don't look like a 5 year old school girl or a sidewalk hooker. LOL! Wish me luck!



Now off to read my new book - It's called Night World. I stumbled across it whilst wasting time in a book shop. Any of you guys read it?

Excuse the iphone pics I still don't have my camera! I have been living in these Primark boots ever since LFW. There the most comfiest shoes that I own! I'm off out for drinks tonight with friends and I really want to wear a pale pink dress, however I forgot how pale my legs are! Eeeeek it's frightening. LOL

I went to Glasgow for a few days with my Mum last week. I love going there as the shops are amazing and of course I get to see my family. We went for lunch at a lovely bakery we saw the biggest cupcake EVER! This will be my birthday cake this year (Mum, Dad, sisters I hope your reading)



Lots of yummy cakes! I'm now super hungry after looking at these pics so off to go and buy some choccie.

Happy St Patrick's Day

Headed over to the shops today on my lunch break and managed to find in 40 mins about 50 things I wanted and will buy, namely 4 pairs of shoes and 3 pairs of trousers from Topshop. I may even max it up a bit and buy joggers to wear with heels! SHOCK! Everyone should go and check New Look online. I went into the shoe section today and seriously there prices are amazing. I saw one pair of shoes for £12. What? They also have the perfect pair of nude heels that we just have to have this season for £16. BARGAIN!!!! Check it out HERE

I watched Lady Ga Ga's new music video and have decided the lady is CRAZY! Great music though and is amazing in concert. Currently watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer - I forgot how much I used to love it - is it bad that i'v admitted that?
Suffering from the most ridiculous hangover, white wine should be banned I don't even like it. Super excited to buy my first pair of clogs this week - to clog or not to clog has been my most thought about thing of the week - clearly a relaxing week. ha! Military Cap

Now this may sounds strange, but I have been looking for this exact hat for oh about 4 years! I have no idea what gave me the idea that I needed this hat back then but I searched New York, Los Angeles, London, Scotland and San Fran - I didn't find it! I stopped the extreme searching and internet browsing and accepted that it just wasn't meant to be. Then I went to Top Shop (I know SURPRISE!) and stumbled upon it! Woopie! So that's the story about my cap! Ha Ha.
