Bleach Blonde Hair

Soap & Glory - Glad Hair Day
John Frieda - Sheer Blonde
Tigi - Bed Head

I have been promising, for the last few months to do a post about the products I use to keep my hair in some-what OK condition - so here it is. They do say that going blonde is the easy part - it's staying blonde that is the hard part. This is so unbelievably true it's ridiculous! The amount of different brands and products I have had to try and test to find one that works with my hair, is beyond annoying.  Here is a round up of my current hair products - I do chop and change, so my hair doesn't get used to a certain brand. I usually alternate between Lee Stafford Beach Blonde products and Liz Earle Shine products amongst others.
What are your tips for bleached hair?

I don't have blonde hair so can't comment (even though I'm naturally a blonde - I've been a redhead for a good few years' now and can't even imagine myself being anything else now!) - May have to try that tousled salt spray, though....

although its reeeaallly bad for your hair if used to regularly... purple shampoo is fantastic for kicking out any brassy tones in your hair! Sheer Blonde has just started doing one, but for the best ones goe into a salon and ask!!

also redken extreme anti-snap is a brilliant leave in conditioner!

I'm a bleached blonde and I did a post on my hair products here: http://thedollonfashion.blogspot.com/2011/01/hair-heroes.html

I'd say from everything I use the Kerastase Ciment Thermique and Morrocan Oil are by far the best for my hair! Not cheap but last ages!

Yep. Staying blonde is a bitch. I only once in my life dyed my hair. It was supposed to be up to 15 washes. It wasn't. It was full-on permanent color! And it was growing out SLOWLY. I was using John Frieda shampoos and conditioners but they completely don't do it for me. I didn't see any difference at all and I hated the smell. Aussie products are very good and also TRESemme. (You can win Argan Oil in my giveaway atm. ;) ). X

I have blonde hair, so I know what you mean. Mine is looking very brassy and bit gingery at the moment. I'm thinking of trying some purple shampoo. Thanks for the recommendations. I love Aussie products, especially the leave in spray.

I use John Frieda "sheer blonde go blonder" everytime I was my hair and then Lushs "Daddy-O" purple shampoo if its looking brassy and "Marilyn" mask to soften and protect the colour if and when I need it.
