Attempting to be Healthy

Morning Ladies - I'm my healthy eating attempt, I am trying to get my 5 a day in! ZZzzzzzzzz I know, but I really did have to stop eating packet of M&Ms, Coke Zero and McCoys for breakfast everyday. I love fruit so that's a good thing. I am going to try and fill up on that in the mornings and snack on berries mid morning and mid afternoon to get me through to lunch and dinner. I am also on a new mission to actually drink water, at least 6 glasses a day and instead of Coke Zero, which I will have as a treat, I will drink squash! Yikes! Those who know me, know that it will be tough for me! I'm rarely seen without a zero in my hand.

I'v been eating clean for three weeks now and it really shows :) GOOD LUCK!! The first days are hard but after that it's just a healthy habit :)

Good for you on the decision to eat better! I use to full on addicted to diet coke. But I gave it up cold turkey and never looked back. Now when I DO have one (maybe once every two months) it feels like a real treat.
