Anyone that knows me knows how much I love perfume. I get excited about new bottles, I love hearing about new launches and I love going to perfume counters to just test them all out. I do however like to smell like a sweet (my mums words not my own), If it smells like strawberries it's mine, vanilla is an absolute winner it my book or anything summery and cakey. Paco Rabanne has recently come onto my radar and is an entirely different scent from what I would usually go for. It is described as having fresh top notes of bitter orange, fleshy raspberry and neroli, followed by floral notes of orange blossom and arabian jasmine and base notes of patchouli, honey and amber. I didn't like this perfume at all when I tried it as I found it far too strong for me. On the plus side the scent does linger for ages, but it also calms down throughout the day and in the end I actually began to love it. You can find it here at Fragrance Direct if you fancy it.
