Lazy Girl Baking: Tomato Tart

Sometimes i'm a pro in the kitchen and everything turns out fabulously, other times i'm an epic fail. I don't have massive amounts of time to dedicate to cooking, which is a shame as I love it. So here we have a new feature - lazy girl baking. It's not new, it's not ingenious, but it's how it goes down in my kitchen.

Now here's the lazy part Jus,Rol puff pastry - roll it out and place on grease proof paper add the boursin (make sure to leave a border). Chop tomatoes, add tomatoes then a splash of balsamic vinegar and you're done. Pop it into your oven (preheated at 220C) for 20-25 minutes. Keep checking after 20 minutes - once it's brown and crispy at the edges then you're done.
Serve whilst still warm with a side salad or anything else that you might fancy
